DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders for our dog clothing, human hoodies or prints are dispatched within 5 working days
Just a heads up, it takes us up to 5 working days to get your order out the door. But don't sweat it, standard delivery is from £3.99 to £5.99 depending on what you're packing. We'll work it out at the checkout for you.
If it's just a little something-something, we'll use Royal Mail to hook you up. But if you're going all-out, we'll call in the big dogs like UKMall, DHL, Yodel or DPD. It's all gonna need a John Hancock when it lands. We may split your delivery into several parts subject to stock availability. Don't worry, we won't charge you any extra for this facility.
Sometimes things just go sideways, despite our gnarly organisational skills. If your package is fashionably late, hit us up at info@barkeela.com and we'll chase it down. Items lost/damaged in transit will require a claim form to be completed before an authorised report is filed.
Not feeling the vibe? No problem!
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we'll kindly refund or swap anything that just isn't doing it for you, as long as it's back to us within 7 days of delivery and still looking fresh and returned in its unused and unopened condition. You will receive a full refund plus any delivery charges paid at the time of purchase.
The cost of returning the item to Barkeela is at the sole expense of the buyer and will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of your order as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost/damaged during transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service or obtaining free proof of postage from your local Post Office branch.
Damaged items must be backed up with photographic evidence. We may request for the damaged item to be returned to us. Please contact Customer Services on info@barkeela.com so we can raise a damaged item report. Valid claims will be handled in a timely manner and once approved, you will receive a replacement free of charge.
